Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 30 days of your enrollment date
  • Provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Have attended at least one session (or attempted to attend)
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used for enrollment
  • Student's name
  • Date of enrollment
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any feedback that could help us improve our course

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request:

  • We will review your request within 2 business days
  • If approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 30 days from enrollment date
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Student Conduct policy
  • Failure to attend sessions without prior notice
  • Attempts to copy, distribute, or share course materials

Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds for students who have attended some sessions but are unable to continue due to extenuating circumstances. These cases will be reviewed individually.
